My skill set also includes corporate strategy and change/value management.Throughout my career, I have successfully managed diverse portfolios in all asset classes,with a proven track record of delivery in the UK, Middle East, and North Africa. I am fully conversant in all areas of real estate investment, development, and management, and have the ability to initiate, structure, model, manage, and deliver complex projects.In addition to serving on a number of Real Estate Fund Boards in various global geographic locations, I have also managed and delivered a multitude of projects, including multi-billion dollar developments in various asset classes, such as Master-plan Developments, AAA, Commercial Office / Residential Towers, Mix use Communities, and Hospitality.

My expertise encompasses high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) structures, mixed-use developments, steel structures, large-scale groundworks, and turnkey projects. Throughout my career, I have held senior roles on iconic and high-profile developments, including Wembley Stadium in London, luxury residential and mixed-use projects along the River Thames, high-rise towers in Dubai, and multi-million-pound residential developments in Qatar.
